As explained in the ‘Devra Ji’ section of this website after Devra West’s charity, ‘The Circle of Divine Unity’ was struck off the Montana register of charities the occult con artist decided to move from Victor MT to Shamballa (Lakeside MT). Devra West did not explain to her cult that the charity that she used as a front, had been struck off for fraud, instead she explained her discomfort at the time, as being due to the fact that she was moving from the 5th dimension to the 7th dimension. She also told the brainwashed and conditioned sheeple / disciples that only those who were prepared to commit 66% of their net worth to the occult thief would be allowed to accompany her to Shamballa. Between Victor MT and Lakeside MT, the Occult Thief magically changed her name from the Ascended Master ‘Devra Ji’ to the Ascended Master ‘Surya Ma.’

Of course a leopard cannot not change its spots and so it was not long before the newly incarnated Ascended Master ‘Surya Ma’ was up to her criminal ways again. It appears that one of her disciples Dr. Cole MD, both a student of West’s and one of her business partners, was a bit slow in giving up the 66% of her net worth that qualified her to take the trip to Shamballa with the Ascended Master. And Devra West being on the hook for $2,000,000 in court fines and interest the occult thief did what all psychopath’s do when they are backed into a corner and that is resort to violence. In early April 2006 Devra Patton West viciously assaulted Dr. Cole MD as part of a campaign of violence to extort her entire net worth estimated at $1.3 million. After this latest assault the police were called and Devra West was charged and would be subsequently convicted of assault.

Carlida Finch gave a statement to the labor board in 2006 after resigning her employment rather than be forced to join Ms. West’s cult and submit to the Master Abuser’s will; you can read the full statement by going here. Within that statement Carlida relates how she overheard the Ascended Master ‘Surya Ma’ saying that as an enlightened being she did not mind going to prison if she murdered Dr. Pat Cole because as an enlightened being she could as easily live in a 6’ X 6’ jail cell as in a $6,000,000 mansion.

Of course only someone who is criminally insane could not understand that enlightened beings do not commit crimes least of all murder!

Rebecca West (no relation to Devra West), another of the Ascended Master’s employees in 2007, wrote a series of emails to the whistle-blower detailing the many criminal acts that Devra West was carrying out against her, Dr. Pat Cole MD and other employees at the time. This included a pre meditated campaign of violence mounted against Dr. Pat Cole MD specifically designed to break the victim’s will and force her to hand over her entire net worth estimated at $1.3 million; which was exactly what Devra West succeeded in doing! Here is a short excerpt from one of those emails.

“To see the photographs of Pat Cole is so disheartening and frightening that my compassionate heart goes out to her, naturally responding to her pain, as I am no stranger to the many damaging effects of abuse, whether spiritual, psychological, or physical. In addition to my first-hand experience, I observed Pat being treated in the most inhumane fashion, being humiliated and denigrated relentlessly for several months. This abuse had the effect of polarizing and terrifying Pat and the entire staff with dreadful displays of rudeness, humiliation, degradation, and sometimes even violent behavior, causing fear and paranoia among the ranks. I find this spiritual and emotional cruelty to be repulsive, creating a hostile and oppressive atmosphere in the work place. This sets an unhealthy precedent for everyone in what would otherwise be a sacred and Inspirational space at best and a safe, functional and comfortable working environment, at the very least.”

On April 17 2006, just days after she viciously assaulted on Dr. Cole MD as part of a campaign to extort the doctor’s entire net worth, Devra West wrote to her entire cult mailing list; below here are a few short excerpts.

In the letter Devra West, claiming to be the Ascended Master ‘Surya Ma,’ stated that another long dead Ascended Master by the name of ‘El Morya’ had sanctioned the assault on Dr. Cole MD because Cole was a Nazi in the WWII death camps in a previous lifetime and that therefore her beating was long overdue! Ms. West, sorry the long dead Ascended Master ‘El Morya’ in the psychopath’s head, goes on to state that though the assault meted out to Dr. Cole was severe it was at all times administered with grace by Surya Ma! These comments are only worthy of someone who is either criminally insane or is despicably evil. I’ll let the court / state appointed psychiatrist decide which of the two it is.

Flathead guru faces host of lawsuits

A self-styled clairvoyant and spiritual healer from Lakeside who claims the Osprey House on Angel Point as a future VIP spa faces criminal charges stemming from an alleged assault on a Whitefish doctor.

Devra Patton West's goal of opening a series of healing spas -- including one in Whitefish -- has been stalled while she fights allegations ranging from black magic to fraud, extortion and breach of contract.

A temporary restraining order against West, who calls herself Surya Ma, was issued by Judge David Ortley last October after Dr. Patricia Cole, of Whitefish, requested protection.

Cole was the director for one of West's ventures, The Sacred Archives Institute. They worked together for several years. In her statement to the county sheriff's office, Cole claims Ms. West abused her verbally and physically.

"She has told me that she has the 'spiritual' power and authority to 'take me out,' to be composted," Cole wrote in the temporary restraining order statement.

Cole claims Ms. West threw a lamp at her and hit her with a briefcase, cell phone and her hand.

"She took off her shoe and hit me on the top of my head, causing my scalp to bleed onto my face, neck and clothes," Cole's statement reads. "She threatened to kill me with a gun to my head, 'blowing my brains out,' and advised me to commit suicide by slitting my wrists, after I'd taken out an insurance policy on myself."

Photos taken after the alleged beating were submitted to the sheriff's office.

When the Pilot asked about Cole's claims, West said her attorney advised her not to comment on the misdemeanor charge. A hearing for a jury trial is scheduled for later this month.

An author and speaker, West claims she recognized her clairvoyant and healing gifts at age six when she began "interacting and communicating with archangel Michael," according to her book "The Christ Heart."

West claims to have been trained in shamanic visioning and healing by Native American elders and to have been both a Cheyenne medicine woman and General George Patton in past lives.

She also claims her "gifts" can heal people with various illnesses, including leukemia, and she plans to teach what she knows to cardiologists and other physicians when her plan for healing spas unfolds.

"If you ever saw me heal, you'd be down on your knees crying like a friggin' baby," West said.

According to her biography, West went back to school at age 38 after raising her children. She graduated from the College of the Redwoods in 1994 with degrees in social science and humanities.

After graduating, she founded the Divine Unity Foundation and the Sacred Archives Institute in Victor, Montana. The institute was charged with organizing and recording her ongoing monthly "transmissions" -- channeled telepathic messages that come at 3 a.m. from a group she calls the Ascended Masters, some living, some not. They include Master Jesus, Buddha, St. Francis of Assisi, Confucius, Zoroaster, Mohammed and Babaji.

Michael and Lori Hendrickson, of Colorado, worked with West in Victor and paid off a promissory note for West's foundation in 2005 to prevent foreclosure. They are now suing Ms. West, the Sacred Archives Institute, West's husband and Dr. Cole for breach of contract, claiming West moved the money out of the foundation to a personal trust.

Here in the Flathead, West ran into problems over several properties where she lived. On June 1, she was evicted from a $2 million Lakeside waterfront home when she failed to pay a second $50,000 down payment. She then moved into another Lakeside with her son and daughter-in-law.

"All she got out of the house was her cat," said Larry Phillips, a Realtor with Land Rush Realty.

When asked about the eviction, West said a few weeks away from home were worth the trouble. She claims to be negotiating a better deal on the property due to a water rights dispute.

According to court documents, West is behind in payments on the second home. The issue has not yet been resolved, according to one of the homeowners, Larry Brazda.

A third Lakeside property -- the well-known Osprey House on Angel Point, owned by Robert and Tabby Ivy -- is promoted in the Surya Ma Enterprise brochure as the "Surya Devi VIP Retreat Spa." Tabby Ivy refutes that claim.

"Devra consistently misrepresents her involvement with our house, erroneously saying she has an offer on it, but we have had no formal offer nor accepted any from her," she said. "After I saw our house in her brochure, I walked into her office and said, 'I don't want my house on any of your marketing materials.' For two years, she claimed she was going to buy our home. She wrote a bad check for several million dollars to the Realtor, and that was our experience with her."

One more lawsuit dogs West's plans to move forward with healing retreats in Lakeside and in Whitefish at the former North Valley Hospital site. Her former business consultant and stockholder in Millennia Mind, is suing her for fraud, constructive termination and breach of contract. He claims he was not paid for the services he provided, including setting up stock in Millennia Mind.

"She told me the Masters decided they didn't want stock, out of the blue, no discussion, and that was that," Her business partner said. "She is an evil and dangerous woman."

According to her business partner, when he demanded payment and threatened to sue, Ms. West psychically attacked him and his family by sending migraine headaches from Lakeside to their home in Nova Scotia.

Her business partner created the Web site www.universalteachings.com, where he accuses Ms. West of a host of offenses ranging from extortion to black magic.

"Our attorney told us to just let him hang himself with the Web site," West said when asked why she allows the Web site to continue. West has filed a libel suit against her ex-business partner, but he said he has not yet been served.

Trial scheduled in Lakeside assault case

A Lakeside woman who claims to communicate with long-dead religious masters will face a jury trial Sept. 18 in Flathead County Justice Court on misdemeanor charges she assaulted a Whitefish doctor.

A temporary restraining order against Devra Patton West, a self-styled guru who calls herself Surya Ma, was issued by Judge David Ortley last October after Dr. Patricia Cole, of Whitefish, requested protection. Cole claims West assaulted her in April 2006 and again in October 2006.

Speaking for West, Geoff Reynolds claims the charges are untrue. He said photos of the first alleged assault were taken on a different date, and the bloody clothing in the photos resulted from Cole falling down a stairs at her Cherry Creek condo in Lakeside, not from an assault.

Reynolds, who is a financial adviser for West, said he has worked as an accountant in Los Angeles, where he dealt with well-known personalities. He is helping West raise several hundred million dollars to purchase and develop three properties around Flathead Lake for VIP spiritual-healing spas.

The man who took the photos, however, tells a different story about the alleged assault. He came from out-of-state and was sharing the condo with Cole while he attended sessions with West. He said he was meditating when Cole appeared wearing a bloody sweatshirt.

The man said they cleaned some of the blood off Cole's scalp and then took photos so Cole, as a doctor, could see her injuries and decide how to treat the wound. Cole said West hit her on the head with a shoe, the roommate said.

Cole said she first came to Montana from Minnesota to attend spiritual sessions at Na ka ‘Shela, West's facility in Victor, from 2002 through 2004. She moved to Montana to live in 2005 with the idea of combining West's spiritual teachings with medical knowledge.

Cole eventually assumed management positions with several of West's for-profit and not-for-profit operations. As business fell in Victor and the Na ka ‘Shela property was foreclosed, West moved her business north to Lakeside.

Reynolds claims Cole owes West $753,484 and that colors Cole's allegations. Cole's bills for 2004-2006 totaled $1.3 million, including $250,000 for an "internship" under West and $213,750 in "therapy fees" for eleven months last year.

Cole managed to pay West $621,484, but it didn't come easy. At one point, Cole cashed out her IRA and paid West $293,843.

Out of six businesses mentioned in West's literature, only one remains active and in good standing with the Montana Secretary of State office -- Sacred Environments LLC. Two were never registered -- Divine Unity Foundation and Millennium Mind Institution; two were involuntarily dissolved -- Surya Enterprises Unlimited and Global Guardianship Initiative; and one was involuntarily revoked -- Sacred Archive Institute.

Besides being evicted from her Bayside home in Lakeside and bouncing a check for the purchase of the well-known Osprey House on Angel Point, West has a $2,287 lien against her for failing to pay unemployment taxes for her Montana employees.

Reynolds claims that several people have been stirring up trouble by publishing untrue allegations against West.

He points out that former office manager Rebecca West, who is no relation to Devra West, was denied benefits by the Montana Department of Labor and Industry because she was unable to prove a hostile environment existed at Surya Enterprises Unlimited.

Rebecca West claimed she left her job because she was afraid for her safety and did not want to become a victim of physical abuse by Devra West. But hearing officer Peggy Harper found "the evidence does not establish verbal, emotional or spiritual abuse." Rebecca West won two earlier hearings and has appealed Harper's decision.

Reynolds also claims the whistle-blower, a former business consultant for Devra West who now in lives in Nova Scotia, has been spreading false allegations about Devra West by e-mail, phone calls and his Web site, www.universalteachings.com.

Devra West has filed a libel suit against her ex-business partner, but the whistle-blower said he has not yet been served. Reynolds said West is also trying to get the whistle-blower’s Internet-service provider to take down his Web site, noting that its URL is very similar to West's, www.universalteachings.org.

Both Cole and Rebecca West say they have been interviewed several times by agents from the Internal Revenue Service, which they say is investigating West's businesses.

Of course immediately after the above two newspaper articles were published there was a scramble by Devra Patton West and her criminal cabal (cult) to deny that Dr. Cole had been assaulted by Devra West. This in spite of Devra West’s written admission in ‘The Law of Severity on the Path to Purification’ that she had assaulted Dr. Cole which West sent to her entire mailing list on April 17 2006. So all at once, as if by magic, the ‘liar’s for hire’ (the senior members of West’s cult) all published more or less identical statements on her website, all on the same day and all denying that West had assaulted Dr. Cole MD. These statements went further by suggesting that these unfounded rumors were part of a fraud extortion scam by Dr. Cole MD and the whistle-blower!

After the cult was forced to move out of Montana to Carefree Arizona these same ‘liars for hire’ can now be found marketing their cult leader Devra West there as the ‘do-gooding’ guru ‘Rishi Devra’ via ‘Meet Up’ and other social media websites.

The main prize was not the extortion of $1.3 million from Dr. Cole MD which is what actually occurred (Dr. Cole’s entire net worth was just a consolation prize); no, the big prize was the fraudulent application of $30,000,000 in government grants to fund her latest greatest fund raising good cause which was a ‘Spa Complex’ allegedly to aid autistic children!

Let’s review who the main players were at this time, to see who may have been acting as Devra West’s proxies in the fraudulent application of $30,000,000 in government grants.

Above top, we have cult leader and self-appointed Ascended Master, Devra Patton West, who after cleaning up financially in Victor MT, gave up the name ‘Devra Ji’ for ‘Surya Ma’ after moving to Lakeside MT in 2005 / 2006 timeframe. To her right, we have ex-husband and longtime partner in crime, Jack West. Below, we have what we could call the three stooges, because that is exactly what they are. These are the three individuals that Devra West used at the time to ‘populate’ her latest ‘business container’ (Sacred Environments LLC - see pyramid above) so that she could use them as proxies to fraudulently apply for $30,000,000 in government grants.

Before we go any further, let us make it absolutely clear that Devra West has in the past, and continues now, to use members of her cult to ‘populate’ the boards of her non-profit and for-profit corporations. However, because Ms. West is running a cult (and ruling it like a medieval baron) these proxies have zero discretion, and are merely acting as her nominees while pretending to be independent. This is in contravention of various corporate, state and federal laws. AJ White makes the point in the statement she gave me in 2003; here is a short quote from it.

“I soon realized that the position of Director was in name only. All decisions were made by Devra. There was no possibility of handling the personnel issues within the office, as Devra would countermand any or all of my decisions. I was denied signatory on the checking account and access to financial statements. The controls of all the monies were in the hands of Devra and Jack West. When people approached me wanting to know where the donations they had made went, there was no trail.”

As her ‘Business Manager’ the whistleblower can attest to this practice because he was asked by Devra West to form several new non-profit corporations in 2002, and asked by her to populate the boards of directors of these new corporations with members of her cult.

Document 19 contains a notarized statement by ex-board member, AJ White, who attest that while acting on the board of ‘The Circle of Divine Unity’ Devra West’s business container for the multi-million dollar fraud perpetrated in 2003, she had no discretion to act independently. This document also contains excerpts from the ‘By Laws’ of two nonprofits, The Global Guardianship Foundation and the Ancient Traditions Fellowship that Devra West asked the whistleblower to create and populate with members of her cult in 2002. Please note that the first signature in each case is that of Devra West, with the whistleblower's being in second or third place, along with the remaining signatures coming from members of her cult. The point being, that Devra West was the instigator of these non-profits which like ‘The Circle of Divine Unity’ she intended to use in the future as vehicles for her next fraud scam.

Indeed, Document 19 also includes a draft of Devra West’s biography (a work of fiction if there ever was one) wherein she claims to be the founder of several non-profit organizations including those mentioned above. And yet in court in 2007, when questioned by counsel and asked what “the Circle of Divine Unity’ was she responded that, “They were supposed to have sponsored the work which I am sorry to say they did not do a good job of it!” West goes on to respond to another question about how long she was a director by saying, “I served on their board of directors for a period of time I think five years.” Excerpts from the court transcript containing these replies can also be read in Document 19.

So what we have here is ‘con artist’ Devra West, telling lies under oath, as she distances herself from what is obviously her own creation, by saying that ‘they’ (the board members) were supposed to have sponsored “the work” and that she served on ‘their’ board of directors etc. etc.

Devra West also goes on to tell lies under oath about her new business ‘containers’ by suggesting that they were “billion dollar enterprises” when at the time she made that statement in July of 2007, she was being evicted from the second rental property in a matter of weeks and had a lien against her for $2,600 in unpaid employment insurance!

The point we're trying to make clear here is, that those appointed to the boards of West’s corporations have NO discretion to act independently and are, in contravention of the law, acting for an undeclared hidden ‘Beneficial Owner.’

This gives rise to a number of legal issues, both for Devra West and those acting as ‘proxies’ in corporate vehicles she is using to defraud individuals, other corporations, local, state and federal governments and the IRS. Below is an extract from a document whose title is ‘Options for Disclosing the Identities of Beneficial Owners of Companies.’

It is clear from the aforementioned information, that Devra West uses proxies from her cult to populate the boards of directors of her for-profit and non-profit corporations. It is also clear that those corporate vehicles / containers, populated by members of her cult, are then used to commit acts of fraud. For instance, here is a quote from the Whitefish Pilot news article published in July of 2007 wherein it is revealed that Devra West was using photographs of another person’s multimillion dollar lakeside property and describing it in her brochures and on her website as belonging to her! Here is the quote from that article :-

Below, as part of a montage of items from West’s website, is a photo of Robert & Tabby Ivy’s property (bottom photo) that Devra West was fraudulently describing as her own on her website. On two adjacent web pages on the same website, were featured testimonials and bios by senior cult members Julio Williams MD and Pat Cole MD (short excerpts included below). Both these cult members knew that their cult leader Devra West was NOT the owner of the Angel Point property and both were well aware that, at the time these pages were being posted on West’s website (in the summer of 2007) that Devra West was in the process of being evicted from two rental properties in the Lakeside area.

Reynolds was also aware of this and appeared as a witness in a court hearing on July 12, 2007, where he heard Devra West give false testimony, under oath, to the effect that her business interests were “billion dollar enterprises.”

As mentioned earlier, the main prize was the $30,000,000 in government grants, but when they failed to materialize, Dr. Pat Cole MD became the ‘consolation’ prize. And after a campaign of violent assaults by Devra West, she gave up her $1.3 million fortune; part of which, Geoffrey Reynolds CPA, money laundered through Devra West’s corporation(s) to make it look like those funds were received as ‘normal trading’ activity.

So let us once again review the identities of those involved, who may possibly have been involved, as West’s proxies, in the fraudulent application of $30,000,000 in government grants.

It is very unlikely that Devra West or Jack West will have been board members of Sacred Environments LLC, at the time the grants were applied for. It is much more likely that they would have used the three stooges, shown above, as proxies to populate the board of directors of Sacred Environments LLC; not least because if anything went wrong during or after the application for the grants, Devra and Jack West could distance themselves by saying, as West did in court, that “they” (the proxies) were supposed to be doing it all but did a bad job!

We have no way of knowing which of the above were acting as board members of Sacred Environments LLC when $30,000,000 in grants were applied for, but we do know that Geoffrey Reynolds CPA, while being interviewed by the Bigfork Eagle on August 9, 2007 gave the following statement:

“Reynolds, who is a financial adviser for West, said he has worked as an accountant in Los Angeles, where he dealt with well-known personalities. He is helping West raise several hundred million dollars to purchase and develop three properties around Flathead Lake for VIP spiritual-healing spas.”

The point we want to make here, loud and clear is this: did Reynolds, while trying to raise several hundred million dollars, declare Devra Patton West’s relationship as the hidden ‘Beneficial Owner’ behind the fake / proxy board members? It is very unlikely that whoever was acting as board members of Sacred Environments LLC (at the time the $30,000,000 in government grants were applied for) declared that they were acting on behalf of a hidden ‘Beneficial Owner’ i.e. Devra Patton West. A Beneficial Owner being:-

“…a natural person who, directly or indirectly, exercises substantial control over a covered legal entity or has a substantial economic interest in, or receives substantial economic benefit from, such legal entity, subject to several exceptions.”

It is also extremely unlikely that these proxies informed potential investors or the government, when applying for the $30,000,000 in government grants, that Devra Patton West (that hidden Beneficial Owner) intended to use a large lump of the grants, had they been forthcoming, to pay off her huge debts which included $2,000,000 in court fines and interest owing that became the subject of a Sheriff’s Sale a year later in 2008.

These omissions amount to fraud.

This is the information that Devra West tried to murder the whistle-blower to stop you viewing. She knew that after being forced to leave Montana her ‘divine being’ routine would not fly in Arizona as long as this information was readily available to the public via the internet.

As you read this Devra Patton West is now on her third incarnation as an Ascended Master in just two decades. Devra West is operating the very same criminal conspiracy in Carefree Arizona that she ran in two locations in Montana and in one location New Mexico before that. If you have come this far you will know that Devra Patton West and her accomplices are all pathological liars. Her latest website is a total fantasy and bears no relation to reality of who Devra Patton West really is (a dangerous occult predator and psychopath) but as the leader of a well-oiled criminal conspiracy that has got away with thieving, defrauding and extorting for two or three decades she now has unlimited amounts of money to indulge in her every egomaniacal whim – and she does! Anyone like the whistleblower who makes a stand is met with threats, false witnesses, character assassination by her and her minions from her website, a campaign of hidden ‘under the radar’ occult violence and if that fails to intimidate the victim into silence then, as in the case of the whistleblower (and perhaps Lisa Swidler) one is targeted for murder.

It says something about bottom feeder Geoffrey Reynolds’s character that in exchange for not losing the $300,000 that he loaned Devra West that he would be complicit in her plot to murder the whistleblower. So confident was he of the whistleblower’s death at the hands of Devra West (or incarceration for reacting to what she was going to do to the whistleblower and his family) that Reynolds’s blurted out the threat to Constance See the reporter for the Bigfork Eagle while she was interviewing him for the news article. And, when the murder plot failed he was quite happy about taking the lead in issuing a joint frivolous lawsuit against the whistleblower designed to bankrupt him. Does his wife and children understand who they are associated with? I mean West is obviously criminally insane but Reynolds is not. He does however lack any integrity and a moral compass.

When the murder plot failed to silence the whistleblower he then become the target of frivolous litigation by West and Reynolds for telling the truth! The motive for the murder / ruinous lawsuit was to ensure that details of Devra Patton West’s criminal past were kept hidden from public view. The guru / cult / extortion business can only survive if the public remain ignorant of her past. As Devra West stated often, “The truth does not actually matter.” [Because if she can convince the public that her lies are truth then that becomes the truth in the eyes of the public, the newspapers, the police and the law courts.]

Let me give the last word to the ‘liars for hire,’ the senior members of her cult that keep the illusion going, that provide her with false witness statements, that keep her out of jail and from being found guilty in civil lawsuits.
