It’s a miracle! After Devra West’s jewelry business went bankrupt, she decides that a change of career is in order so decides to become an Ascended Master instead; don’t see mention of her failed jewelry business mentioned in her ‘Life Journey’ it was probably an oversight.
After attending the ‘Robert Jaffe School for Energy Mastery’ Devra West announces that she is now an Ascended Master and that anyone not agreeing is blocking the energies! This is what fellow student Satya had to say about Devra West.
Devra West’s identity as an Ascended Master in New Mexico is not known, but in a pattern to be repeated time after time the ‘divine being’ routine wears thin and she has to move on to fresh hunting grounds where the prey do not know who she is.

After, according to ex-husband Jack West, being run out of New Mexico in the middle of the night with only what they could carry in their car and being chased by someone with a large gun our Ascended Master turns up in Victor MT in 1995 and, calling herself the Ascended Master Devra Ji, declares her divinity to anyone who will listen.
Eight years later her Victor MT charity ‘The Circle of Divine Unity’ struck off for fraud, after a couple of vicious assaults against female members of her cult (Susannah Felder and Beatrice McGuire), after running up well over a million dollars in court fines, the defrauding of $200,000 from student Mike Hendrickson, the defrauding of $30,000 from student Dave Kushner and the kidnap, false imprisonment and beatings meted out to student Marion Cantwell (who was released after giving up part of the proceeds from the sale of her home). Oh and let us not forget the sudden mysterious death of student Lisa Swidler who after witnessing the crimes Devra West committed against Dave Kushner and Marion Cantwell decides it is time to leave the cult. A few short weeks later she dies mysteriously of internal bleeding.
Then there is the theft of a property worth $1,250,000 from the charity which West put in a personal trust fund for her and her eldest son Rob Meador later to become the subject of a Sheriff’s Sale see below. Then there is the matter of $4,000,000 in artwork and valuables that went missing only to turn up at auction in Arizona and for sale from her current website www.omniawakening.org !
It’s a miracle! However after the whistleblower’s lawyer failed to find any evidence that Devra West’s formal education extended beyond high school, evidence appeared that her degrees were actually earned not as a result of higher ‘education’ but more as a result of a higher ‘power.’

It’s a miracle! After moving from Victor MT to Lakeside MT (which she sold to her students as Shamballa and only allowed those disciples who would commit 66% of their net worth to her good causes to accompany her) Devra West changes her name to the Ascended Master Surya Ma. During her reign of terror at Lakeside MT, our Ascended Master becomes the subject of a Sheriff’s Sale to force her to pay her creditors $2,000,000 in court fines and interest, has two arrest warrants, one for criminal check fraud and another for felony theft, is convicted of assaultagainst her business partner who she was extorting $1.3 million from. Oh and another employee of West’s Carlida Finch overheard West planning to murder the same business partner!
Let us not forget the multiple visits to court as the defendant in fraud related civil lawsuits, such as the one the whistleblower brought against her in 2003 and won in 2008, then there is the fraudulent misrepresentation of a multi-million dollar property that belonged to Robert & Tabby Ivy which Devra West, sorry the Ascended Master Surya Ma, depicted in her brochures and on her website as belonging to her! Additionally while in court, telling lies on behalf of her wife beating, porn loving son, Chris Haywood, she asserted that her businesses were multi-billion dollar affairs; this, while being evicted from two rental properties in quick succession and while having a lien against her for unpaid employee insurance contributions.
It’s a miracle! Because while committing all of this crime, she was also single handedly holding open the gates of time – according to this post on her website in 2007.
After two newspaper articles about the crimes she was committing in Lakeside MT, and with no one believing the ‘divine being’ routine in Montana anymore, Devra West and her guru / cult / extortion business are dead in the water. She and cult decide it is time to move to yet a third western state in two decades, but before doing that Devra West has to somehow take down the website that the whistleblower has put up which contains all the information you are reviewing here.
First she tries to murder the whistleblower to silence him, and when that fails, Devra West and senior cult member Geoffrey Reynolds (the same Geoffrey Reynolds who blurted out the murder plot to the Bigfork Eagle reporter) plot to bankrupt him. Their chance arrives in 2010 when the whistleblower is attending court to see what the Montana court is going to award him for winning the fraud lawsuit he brought against Devra West in 2003 and won in 2008.
After issuing defamation proceedings against him in Montana that they gambled he could not afford to fight (since he had moved to the East coast of Canada in 2005) Devra West, Geoffrey Reynolds and their cult moves to Geoffrey Reynolds' old home town of Carefree AZ, where Devra West adopts the third identity in two decades after reincarnating herself as the Ascended Master Rishi Devra. It’s a miracle! After spending tens of thousands of dollars on a Greek Goddess outfits, staged photo shoots in an endless series of photos taken in the ‘prayer’ position Devra West almost disproves the old adage that you cannot make a silk purse out of a sow’s ear!
Don’t the above photos look different from her Montana arrest warrant photo seen above? It is amazing what you can do with endless amounts of money thieved, defrauded, and extorted from countless victims during her various incarnations as an Ascended Master.
As you can see below here, crime certainly seems to pay for Devra West, who continues to invite single contributions of up $500,000 from her current website based on the totally fraudulent representations given in her ‘Life Journey.’ This, by any measure, is ‘mail and wire’ fraud; but apparently if she dresses as a Greek Goddess and pretends that her cult is a quasi-religious institution then her lies, deceit, fraud, theft and extortion are protected by religious freedom laws!
Though I don’t think religious freedom laws apply to murder, attempted murder, criminal conspiracy and money laundering. I dare say we’ll find out soon enough.
I challenge anyone to find any of the above FACTS listed above on this website anywhere on her website! Do you think that the public would give a single cent to this con artist if they were presented with the truth? No, of course not. The truth is bad for business!
It’s a miracle! That Devra West is not in jail. But for the lies of senior cult members Geoffrey Reynolds, Julio Williams and Jack West, this Occult Con artist would have been locked up decades ago.
